Granite spine walls extend into the earth, steel-framed windows by MHB and Ottima pull in abundant natural light, and fractured black flagstone flooring flows effortlessly from the interior to heated outdoor terraces. Inside, the home is rich with texture, warmth, and material authenticity. Reclaimed oak wraps the walls, ceilings, and floors adding timeless character. A custom plaster, tinted to echo local aspen bark, sets a serene tonal backdrop for a curated collection of contemporary art. The main living room centers on a commanding granite wood burning fireplace, flanked by sliding walls of glass that open to the terraces. The kitchen is both sculptural and inviting, anchored by a 14-foot oak island and textured black stone, bespoke cabinetry, and Gaggenau appliances. A floating steel plate staircase rises through a double-height volume like a piece of sculpture to a private primary retreat. The home offers 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, an office, and a surround-sound media room that doubles as the 5th bedroom. Outdoor living spaces are designed for year-round enjoyment, including a private rooftop deck with fire feature off the primary suite, a custom granite spa, a built-in firepit with banquette, and an Argentine-style grill. Green roofs, solar panels, custom lighting design with Lutron controls, and a generous 2.5-car garage elevate both sustainability and convenience.
