Parcel B ''the aught six'' is 102 acres accessed by county road 127 aka Three mile road. The unpaved road is maintained by the county and accessible year round. The aught six is about a ten-fifteen minute drive into the town of Glenwood Springs. This is the parcel where the owners have their personal cabin.
